This heat wave has got us thinking it's summer time and you know what summer means? Iced drinks and cool treats! We have four ways to cool off this summer and they all involve my favourite ingredient, coffee. Now you can wow your guests at the next BBQ with these amazing treats!

1½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. simple syrup

Arrange the marshmallows in a flower pattern on a heat-safe plate, with one marshmallow in the middle and 6 around the outside.
With a heat gun or blow torch, brown or toast marshmallows, keeping them in the flower pattern (they will stick together.)
Repeat steps 3-4 for the second glass.
